Terms of payment

  2. When paying by a credit card, the fees of service provision will be added to the product price.

  3. When the payment made by the customer is reflected on the MEAMA account properly and fully, the company will deliver products to the user.

Validity and Termination of the Agreement

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the moment of user registration until the registration is cancelled.

  2. The full and proper repayment of the Product by the Customer constitutes the fulfillment of monetary liability and shall not result in termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Conflict Resolution

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in compliance with applicable Georgian laws.

  2. The place of fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions shall be Georgia.

  3. Any conflicts related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably, through negotiation of the Parties.

  4. If no agreement is not reached within one month, the conflict may be resolved through the court or other means of dispute settlement provided for by the legislation of Georgia.
